We are independent providers of a cost-effective SAR and MTD compliant software package designed for the legal profession. Our software includes client accounting, management accounting, case management, document production and purchase ledger. All areas interlink and we provide a quick and personal support service here in the UK.
Purchase Ledger
Purchase Ledger has all the usual functions of a purchase ledger system, plus the ability to link invoices and payments to the office side of a client ledger, and to automatically import certain supplier invoices.
Case Management
Case management is integral to the client/matter database so that once a matter has been created, it is instantly available for accounts, time recording and document production purposes, with additional data field storage and document production history. Subject to access permissions, users can follow the history of a case, generate invoices and emails, view documents and import both documents and emails.
Support
We provide Monday to Friday, nine to five, support. Simply email or ring us on our normal landline number and we will respond, if not instantly, then certainly within a few minutes. Although we are in the UK, we work remotely, and may ask to log onto your machine to see the problem. Our team are very experienced, so the chances that your issue will be resolved there and then are incredibly high. If, for whatever reason, we aren’t able to sort it out immediately, we promise we’ll prioritise the issue and get back to you as soon as we possibly can.
Document Production
The documents generated by the system are your own documents, not standard one which many other firms send out. They can include headers and footers or be altered to fit your letterhead/bill template. All documents are fully changeable at the point of creation and can be personalised at any point in time. Documents produced can be automatically saved and system logs, matter detail, matter tasks and document history easily viewed. Emails produced within the system can have unlimited documents attached, and there is the function to produce file notes at will in addition to document and email importation. Each ledger’s documents are individual to that matter.
